Growing up in a small town, Caleb and Kurt had to keep themselves occupied. Whether building dirt bike ramps or fixing cars, they were raised working with their hands. They learned the ins-and-outs of handiwork and fell in love with it in the process.
While Caleb was building his family home with his father, he learned quality workmanship and a few too many life lessons. "If you take shortcuts, it will take you longer in the end. If you do it right the first time, you won't have to do it again".
Growing up athletic and adventurous, Kurt was always up for a challenge. After gaining formal postsecondary educations, Kurt and Caleb were ready to apply everything they knew and founded B&B Backyards. With everything riding on its success, they continued to push the boundaries as B&B has grown from fencing and decks, to a full service landscaping company.
Few people have friendships as close as Caleb and Kurt, and even fewer can transform this into a successful business. With B&B Backyards, you can count on three things:

How much landscape experience do you have?
B&B Backyards was founded in 2015. Since then, we have grown to offer full-service landscaping for jobs big or small.
Are you insured and licensed?
We have all necessary licenses for our equipment, and we carry insurance for all of our projects and employees. Please note that landscaping is not currently a licensed trade, so it is always worthwhile to do research into the company you are going to trust with your home and your investment.
Some larger construction projects require special permits. We have vast experience working with municipalities to secure the necessary permits.
What kind of landscaping do you do?
We can do all kinds of landscaping, but our specialty is in creating custom decks, patios, entryways & full backyard transformations. While we focus on hardscaping and built structures, we ensure each job is beautifully finished with gardens, grass and decorative stone to complement your project.
Where is your service area?
B&B Backyards is based out of Uxbridge, Ontario. We service all of the Greater Toronto Area.
How long should I expect to wait for a formal quote?
After an on-site consultation, we aim to have a full quote (including design, breakdown, add-ons and price) in your hands within the week.
How many people can I expect working on my project?
Depending on the project size and scope, you can expect between 2 to 6 B&B employees working on your project, with the owners consistently on-site and checking in.
